Choir
St Matthew’s Adult and Junior Choirs both sing Christian music in a variety of styles ranging from the traditional to the contemporary. Rehearsals are on Thursday evenings and services at 10.00 am on Sundays. As well as leading regular Sunday worship there are opportunities to sing more extended pieces at major festivals. Entry is by audition/interview with our Director of Music Michael Thomas. Applicants for Junior Choir should be in school years 4 to 11; children in Year 3 may be considered if they have the necessary reading skills.
